Frequently asked questions

I bought gems but they didn't appear. What do I do?

Open the Shop screen and tap Restore Purchases. If the purchase still doesn't land, email us with your Apple or Google receipt number and we'll sort it out.

I bought No Ads on my old device. Can I restore it on a new one?

Yes. On the new device, open the Shop and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account that made the original purchase.

How do I turn off ads completely?

The one-time No Ads in-app purchase removes banner and interstitial ads permanently. Rewarded ads (the ones that give you bonus gems or triple coins) stay available as an opt-in reward.

I'm in Europe and want to change my tracking consent.

Open the App, go to Settings → Privacy Options, and update your choices. The change takes effect immediately — no app restart needed.

I lost my progress. Can it be recovered?

Progress is stored on your device. We don't yet offer cloud save, so uninstalling the App or resetting your device can wipe progress. Apple Game Center leaderboard and achievement progress is tied to your Apple ID and will persist across devices.

Is the App safe for kids?

Snow Raiders is rated 4+ for mild cartoon action. It contains in-app purchases and optional rewarded ads. We recommend parents enable Screen Time / Family Link controls to restrict purchases for children.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Snow Raiders does not collect personally identifying information — there is no account to delete. Uninstalling the App stops all future data collection from your device. To request deletion of any diagnostic or advertising identifiers associated with your device, email support@blockasaurus.com.
