This Privacy Policy describes how Blockasaurus ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and shares your information when you use Snow Raiders (the "App").

Information we collect

When you use the App, we may automatically collect:

Device information (model, OS version, unique device identifiers)
Usage data (gameplay statistics, session duration, feature usage)
Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) for personalized ads
Crash logs and performance data
Purchase history for in-app purchases (processed by Apple or Google)

We do not ask for, or collect, your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, or any other personally identifying data. The App does not require an account.

How we use your information

Provide, maintain, and improve the App
Monitor and analyze usage patterns and trends
Deliver relevant advertisements (subject to your consent on iOS and in the EEA)
Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud and abuse
Comply with legal obligations

Sharing your information

We may share information with:

Analytics providers (Google Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics)
Advertising partners (Google AdMob)
Platform providers (Apple App Store, Google Play, Apple Game Center, Google Play Games)
Service providers who help operate the App under confidentiality obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

On iOS 14.5 and later, the first launch asks whether to allow tracking. If you decline, advertising identifiers are not used for personalized ads.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, a Google UMP consent form appears on first launch. You can revisit your consent at any time by opening Settings → Privacy Options inside the App.

You may also disable ad personalization through your device's system settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

Data retention

Analytics and diagnostic data is retained for up to 14 months. Purchase receipts are retained by the platform store (Apple or Google) according to their policies.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States, under appropriate safeguards.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Material changes will be highlighted in-app.
